Yoga and Breathwork for Performers
Learn and improve breath support for actors/singers/dancers. Increase breath capacity and strengthen the diaphragm while singing through a variety of fun activities. Great in helping with stage fright, audition prep, and building confidence.

Acroyoga
This has been quoted as the funnest activity... EVER, by both adults and children alike. Learn partner poses to support others, building trust and confidence. If your kids like superheros, they will get their chance to fly...as will the adults.
